PROGRAM PERUMAHAN RAKYAT (PPR)
Federal Government program implemented through the National Housing Department (JPN) and managed by HDC once completed.

PPR FOR OWNERSHIP |
This scheme is for individuals who wish to purchase a home directly. The houses are sold at affordable prices, ranging from RM50,400 to RM59,220 with financing provided through HDC's Subsidiary, Mutiara Mortgage & Credit Sdn. Bhd. |

PPR FOR RENTAL |
For those who prefer to rent, PPR rental units are available at low rate of RM100 per month (including maintenance costs) with a rental period of 6 years. |
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizens residing in Sarawak
- Aged between 18 to 65 years old
- Married / Single parents with or without dependents
- Does not own a house or property
- Household income of RM 5,000 and below
- Priority given to squatters (*for PPR Rental)
PPR HOUSE INFORMATION & SPECIFICATIONS
- Single-storey terrace house or flat
- Minimum size of 750 square feet
- Construction using the IBS system or conventional methods
- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Living and dining areas
