Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP)
The Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP) is a housing program by the Sarawak State Government that helps low—and middle-income families (B40 and M40) own a home. The Chief Minister of Sarawak launched it on 15 February 2017 at the Kampung Extension Scheme in Lundu.
The program prioritizes landowners under the Kampung Extension Scheme (SPK) and Kampung Resettlement Scheme (SPS), as the Land and Survey Department allocates.
ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA
- Lot holders (allottees) allocated by the Land and Survey Department.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 65 years old (Joint financing for applicants aged 50 and above)
- Must not own a house or land
- Married or a single parent
- Household income between RM 1,500 and RM 6,000
- Loan financing through Mutiara Mortgage & Credit Sdn Bhd
HOUSE INFORMATION & SPECIFICATIONS
- Stilt House, Single-Storey Detached/ Single-Storey Terrace and Double-Storey Detached/ Double-Storey Terrace
- Built-up area between 750 and 850 square feet
- 3 bedrooms, a living room, dining area, and two(2) bathrooms
- Built using the Industrialized Building System (IBS) for quality and durability
- Estimated selling price: Below RM200,000
