This program was introduced by the Sarawak State Government to help low-income (B40) and middle-income (M40) groups own their own homes. It was announced by the Chief Minister of Sarawak on February 15, 2017, during the launch of the RSP site at the Kampung Extension Scheme in Lundu.
The program prioritizes landowners allocated by the Sarawak Land and Survey Department under the Kampung Extension Scheme (SPK) and the Kampung Resettlement Scheme (SPS) across Sarawak. Additionally, registered owners of vacant residential land are also eligible to apply, subject to the minimum land size requirements set by the relevant authorities.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Lot holders (allottees) allocated by the Land and Survey Department
• Applicants must be between 18 and 65 years old (Joint financing for applicants aged 50 and above)
• Must not own a house or land
• Must be married or a single parent
• Household income between RM 1,500 and RM 6,000
• Loan financing through Mutiara Mortgage & Credit Sdn Bhd

HOUSE INFORMATION & SPECIFICATIONS:

• Single-story terrace or raised houses

• Minimum size of 750 – 850 square feet

• 3 bedrooms, living room, dining area, and 2 bathrooms.

• Constructed using the Industrialized Building System (IBS)

• Estimated selling price is under RM200,000
