MISSION
We are committed to delivering the government’s mandate in providing quality affordable housing for the people, including low-income groups.

Integrity is the foundation of all values. In the context of the Sarawak Civil Service, integrity means honesty, trustworthiness, and accountability, demonstrated through transparency, fairness, and equity in all actions.

2. KINDNESS & COMPASSION
Kindness and compassion encompass empathy and care in carrying out daily responsibilities, whether towards the people or colleagues. These values foster a harmonious and friendly workplace built on sincerity and solidarity.

3. PROFESSIONALISM
Professionalism refers to a high level of work competence, self-discipline, and responsibility in performing duties. It is reflected in the ability of civil servants to act fairly, transparently, and in compliance with directives, regardless of status or personal connections. Organizational interests must always take precedence over individual priorities.

4. SENSE OF URGENCY & COLLECTIVE SPIRIT
A sense of urgency and collective spirit requires civil servants to act swiftly and efficiently without unnecessary delays. This value emphasizes responsibility and loyalty to the organization in executing tasks effectively.

5. TEAM SPIRIT
Team spirit reflects a strong commitment to fostering relationships between individuals and groups in carrying out tasks to achieve common goals. It is practiced through teamwork, dedication, and harmonious interaction, allowing for the exchange of ideas and experiences.

6. RESULT-ORIENTED
Being result-oriented means focusing thoughts and actions on achieving tangible outcomes and significant impact. A key element in accomplishing this is following the SMART concept—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. Therefore, every action taken within the Sarawak Civil Service must be carefully planned with these elements in mind, rather than being carried out haphazardly or without clear direction.
