It consists of four main sections, namely the HDC section displaying information on HDC and its projects, private developers' section where house models and development projects are showcased, a financial corner where participating banks put up their booths and an ara devoted to monthly promotions of housing materials.

Modelled along a similar concept in Singapore, the Gallery is set up to provide information to the public and private sectors with attractive loan financing packages offered by participating banks.

Owning a dream house is made easier for here, house hunters can browse through brochures, look at house models and development plans, decide on either and affordable housing, medium-cost or a high end residential unit and then proceed to the financial booths to check on their financial requirements.

Thanks to the collaboration with Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers' Association (SHEDA), the public will have the opportunity to view projects developed by various private developers held on a rotational basis.

The gallery is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays. It is closed during weekends and public holidays.
