A session for the handover of offer letters and lot selection for participants of the Rumah Spektra Permata (RSP) under the Skim Pembesaran Kampung (SPK) Balingian, Mukah, was held today at the Balingian Sub-District Office.

The session was organised to enable eligible participants to receive their offer letters and determine their respective residential lots through a transparent and well-managed ballot process.

The event was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), Tuan Haji Fathi bin Haji Hambali. Also present was Abang Zaidan Abang Abdul Rahim, Head of Marketing Section of HDC.

This initiative reflects HDC’s commitment to ensuring a fair and systematic allocation process, while supporting the provision of quality housing to local communities.
